Before You Email
Try these first — they fix most issues:
- Close and reopen the app – resolves most display glitches
- Update the app – go to the App Store and check for updates
- Restore purchases – if your premium access disappeared, go to the Paywall screen and tap "Restore
Purchases"
When Emailing Us, Please Include
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- Your iPhone model
- A brief description of the issue
- Any screenshots if relevant
